Is this too much ?

Okay, so I take what might be too much vitamins, and I was wondering if some of these are even necessary.
I take:
- Multi Vitamin
- Biotin 5mg x1 a day
- Bee Pollen x2 a day
- Bamboo Extract x1 a day
- MSM 1000 mg x3 a day
- Multi Omega x3 a day
- Evening Primrose x2 a day
- Fenugreek 610 mg x4 a day
- Saw Palmetto 590 mg x3 a day
- Horsetail (Silica) 500mg x3 a day

I’m taking it for hair growth/loss and other health reasons. I always drink water with it. That’s too much, isn’t it?

I would say yes. If you take too many vitamins, the only thing you’ll get is very expensive urine. :)
