Should I buy this Wacom Tablet?

I’m looking to work in either OpenCanvus, or Photoshop to do art, such as painting, and coloring in lineart. I’ve looked around for tablets, and found the Bamboo Fun from Wacom. It got good reviews on Amazon, but has anyone had personal experience with it, or now if it perfroms well?:

I’m also wondering if I should buy the small or medium, if it’s easier to draw on the larger I can afford it, but if it’s not neccasary I won’t.

Thanks for any advice :)

wacom makes great tablets. i own the first generation intuos usb 5×4 and it works great (though it’s a more professional version of wacom tablets).

depending on the size of your screen, you might want to go with a bigger size. if you have a 17″ screen with 1024×768 resolution, then the small tablet will be fine. if you have a bigger screen, then a larger tablet would be of more use since you’d have a greater area to work with.
