How do you get rid of Carpenter Bees (if that’s what they are) in indoor bamboo furniture?
I think these are carpenter bees. They’re very small (about the size of a fly), but otherwise look like the pictures of European carpenter bees. I am in Morocco.
About a week ago I started hearing a very slight cracking noise in my bamboo furniture. I figured it was just shifting slightly since it’s getting hot outside. I kept hearing it though. yesterday I figured out it was an insect. I thought termites, but when one came out, I killed it. It was about as small as a fly but with the body of a bee. I checked online and the picture looked really similar to the European Carpenter bee.
I sprayed where the nest was with raid but I keep hearing it. What can I do to kill them? I think there are several in there.
get a can of fogger, i thnk that is what it is called. if you can close the door to that room. if not leave the house for an hour and that should hopefully take care of it
