i’m a 23 yr old female. i work in a casual work enviroment in the back office for a financial institution.

i have mainly button down shirts. what type of outfits can i come up w/ those? and what do you think about tucking in shirts?
the outfit is fine, but the shoes are a little too “practical”, if you will;
it needs a heel/platform.
i am all for tucking shirts into pants, but if you do, i definitely suggest wearing a skinny belt.
anything j.crew should be suitable.
