Bamboo Pen and Touch software won’t download?
So for Christmas I got the Bamboo Pen and Touch. The first thing I installed was the CD used to install the tablet. The tablet works fine, but the tablet came with another CD with a bundle of software such as the Adobe Photoshop. I put this CD in and it tells me that it won’t install due to a missing MSVCP71.dll????? I would really like to try the tablet out using the pen with this new software, but there is some kind of error. I looked for tutorials on www.wacom.com for help, but there is no video that is specific to my problem.
I am not tech savvy so if someone could explain to me how to fix this problem in simple terms. That would be great. Thanks.

Visit the link and click on the button “Fix dll errors now”.Now just download the program and missing dll problem will be fixed.
