So I’m going to sleep and I get hungry?
So I’m going to sleep and I get hungry but I heard that it is bad to eat directly before sleeping what do I do? Please HELP!
P.s. does any one know any thing about the bamboo pen and touch? like reviews and how good it is?

I almost ALWAYS eat a bedtime snack, and it has not caused me to gain any weight at all. That whole “it’s bad to eat before bed” thing is a total myth. I find that having a light snack about 30 minutes before I go to sleep helps me sleep better. Here are some of my favorite healthy bedtime snacks.
-apple with 1 T of natural peanut butter
-low fat yogurt topped with fresh fruit
-serving of crackers and hummus
-fat free chocolate pudding
-frozen yogurt with berries
-2 cups air popped popcorn
-granola bar (kashi, nature valley, etc) and glass of skim milk
-string cheese and crackers
-small bowl of cereal and milk
And sorry, but I’m not really sure what the bamboo pen and touch is…so I can’t really give you a review lol.
